Our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) division guides, protects and amplifies Bendigo Bank’s story to our people, customers, communities, and shareholders. To ensure smooth operations, effective communication and strong team engagement across the BCM leadership team we’ve created a new role for a Divisional Coordinator.
This is a permanent full-time position that will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the leadership team. You’ll be able to showcase your excellent efficiency and top-notch organisational skills every day as you easily move between core tasks such as:
You’ll be supporting a close-knit leadership team with diverse perspectives who are focused and work at pace, the environment is non-hierarchical and a safe space where everyone’s ideas and opinions are valued. We’d love it if you have a background or keen interest in the marketing or communications space, however this is not essential.
This role can be based in Adelaide, Bendigo, Sydney or Melbourne. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 60% of your time per week in the office.
