Head of Group Financial Performance Management is a critical in the delivery of quality information and reporting, which provides the business and the Board with key insights and analysis to support decisions making. The ability to influence, collaborate and lead will be a critical competency for the success of this role.
Strong networking, influencing and relationship building skills will also be paramount, as this role will work across the organisation to source and bring together existing data and information relevant to the Bank’s strategy.
Success will require the formation of close working relationships across Group Finance, Treasury, Product and Strategy and will require strong collaboration, influencing, stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
Accountability will span across Planning and Forecasting, Performance Management, Performance Modelling, Board and ALMAC Reporting, Decision Support and Co-ordination of Group Results and External Reporting requirements.
We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of minimum three days per week based out of our Melbourne, Adelaide, Bendigo & Sydney offices.
