As our new Business Relationship Manager, you will:

• Manage your own portfolio of small business customers, becoming their go-to expert and trusted financial partner.
• Connect with your local community, actively networking and building a strong pipeline of new opportunities.
• Be a problem-solver, understanding the unique needs of your customers and providing straightforward, effective lending solutions to help their businesses grow.
• Collaborate with a passionate team of Branch Managers and specialists, working together to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.

• You hold a tertiary qualification in a business or finance-related discipline and a valid driver's license.
