As a Process Improvement Specialist within Process Architecture team, you will play a pivotal role in documenting processes and driving strong process management, enhancing both customer and employee experiences, contributing to improved financial outcomes for the organisation.  

You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation to analyse and design efficient, compliant, and customer outcome focused processes. You’ll help shape the way we do things by supporting the development of our business process architecture using your skills in Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Process Management Notation BPMN 2.0 to model solutions that make a real difference.  

Key responsibilities:   

  • Process Analysis – Design, analyse and model business processes within BEN’s process landscape. This could include the use of BPMN 2.0.
  • Development of BPM – Assist in developing BPM strategies to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Compliance & Standards – Ensure process standards are maintained across the organisation as well as process documentation, artefacts.
  • Stakeholder Management – Facilitate workshops to gather input and validate process designs. Collaborate with stakeholders and provide education on the use of the process architecture.
  • Education - Support the Process Architecture team in the broader implementation of the Process Architecture model at BEN.
  • Operational Excellence - Provide support to broader Process Excellence team around Process Architecture, areas for improvement, assisting Process Excellence maturity in the business.

This is a Full time 12-month fixed term contract (or potential secondment for internal employees). We prioritise our people with a hybrid model that currently includes a minimum of 40% per week in a Head Office, increasing to 60% as of July 2025.  

To succeed in this role, we’d love you to have:

  • Knowledge in Business Process Management (BPM)
  • Proficient in Process Mapping methodologies & techniques including BPMN
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, experience in stakeholder management is essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in the concept of Process Architecture
  • Excellent written, verbal and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
