Our Digital Communications team within the Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence are proactively driving innovation in our marketing channels, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to create digital experiences that connect with our customers. A close-knit team, passionate about delivering exceptional digital experiences and driving business results. We're looking for someone who is equally passionate about data driven experimentation, personalisation, digital experiences and leadership.
We currently have a brand-new full-time position for a Digital Optimisation and Personalisation Manager to lead our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and UX teams. Leading a small team of subject matter experts, you’ll be comfortable navigating change and working in an agile environment. Your experience in large complex organisations, ideally in highly regulated environments, can be combined with your technical knowledge of how to personalise customer journeys and experiment – driving continuous improvement to the customer experience. An impactful leadership role where you will help shape the future of digital marketing.
This role can be based in Melbourne, Adelaide, Bendigo, or Sydney. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 60% of your time per week in the office.
