Within the Bank’s Brand, Marketing, and Communications division our Group Marketing team drive business growth through best-in-class marketing strategies with a customer centered approach. The Group Marketing team operates in an agile manner with a dedicated focus on specific portfolio’s aligned to the Group Strategy and business objectives.

 

We have a new permanent opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer to come on board and join a small supportive team. As our organisation enters a new strategic phase, you’ll be responsible for designing and delivering creative concepts and compelling visual content to engage our customers and enhance our brand. You’ll be able to showcase your subject matter expertise across the design and production of campaign creative, online content, social media assets, digital banners, eDM templates, printed material and branch merchandise.

 

Ideally, you’ll be familiar with working in a squad based agile environment and have previous experience with digital animation design. You’ll be part of a creative team that are incredibly passionate and work collaboratively to amplify our brand. This role can be based in Adelaide, Bendigo, Sydney or Melbourne. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 60% of your time per week in the office.

 

 

What you’ll bring to the role

 

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design
  • Demonstrated previous success in a similar role within a medium-large organisation
  • Proven commercial experience in designing campaigns, marketing material, and producing artwork to specification in traditional and digital channels
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Mac based design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Animate and Premier Pro
  • Competent digital design skills, including animation design
  • Working knowledge of MacOS and MS Office suite
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS+ and Javascript is highly desirable
