About the opportunity 

Join our Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) division, a team of trusted marketing experts driving customer and revenue growth. As part of the Group Marketing team, you will play a key role in delivering our new Group Strategy (2025-2030) through agile, customer-focused marketing initiatives aligned with specific business goals. We're looking for a talented person to contribute to our success. Ready to make an impact?

Lead and deliver impactful marketing projects and campaigns from concept to completion. You will manage timelines, resources, and internal/external teams using agile methodologies. You'll ensure alignment with broader marketing and business strategies and oversee asset development and paid media execution (where applicable). This role also offers opportunities to support the Senior Marketing Manager Operations and provide support to the broader team.

In this role you’ll get to…

  • Lead and orchestrate all aspects of project and campaign execution, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Be the central point of contact, effectively communicating with stakeholders and managing inquiries.
  • Build strong relationships, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the creative process.
  • Drive campaign success, aligning marketing efforts with overarching business strategy.
  • Promote innovation, proactively proposing and contributing to creative solutions and questioning conventions. 

What you’ll bring to the role

To be successful in the role you will have: 

  • Lead projects from brief to delivery, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional results.
  • Masterful project management skills: Organised, influential, and adept at multitasking and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Build and nurture key relationships, influencing peers and stakeholders and negotiating effectively.
  • Solid understanding of creative, design and production processes, ensuring that all outputs are to specification for required channels and aligned to media plans.
  • Communicate with clarity and impact, driving accountability and ensuring seamless teamwork.
