Welcome to the People Analytics and Insights function—a small ambitious team at an exciting stage of its growth. Our purpose is to enable the Bank’s 2030 strategy by providing the reporting and intelligence needed for effective decision-making around our most important asset—our people. With the foundations of our data firmly in place, you will have a unique opportunity to help build and shape our reporting capability, directly influencing strategic decisions across the function and organisation.
As a People Analyst with a focus on Business Intelligence engineering, you will be at the forefront of designing and building the data models, dashboards, and visualisations that empower our leaders.

This position can be based in Melbourne, Bendigo or Adelaide and other locations may be considered.
