You’ll play a pivotal role in driving large-scale transformation programs and end-to-end value chain redesign across our customer divisions.
As both a hands-on Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and an inspiring leader, you’ll guide a team of Black Belt practitioners to uncover opportunities, remove friction, and deliver meaningful change.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders to align improvement initiatives to strategic goals and embed data-driven decision-making across the business.

This role is a Full-time role on a 12-Month, Fixed-Term Contract based at any of our head office locations (Melbourne, Bendigo, Geelong, Ipswich, Brisbane, Adelaide, Sydney, Perth).
