You’ll make your mark by:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Agribusiness Relationship Managers across Victoria & South Australia (Hamilton, Horsham, Warrnambool & Mt Gambier). Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on customer success.
  • Strategic Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the national agribusiness plan, ensuring consistent execution and exceeding targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement through technology adoption, process enhancements, and innovative solutions. Increase efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Talent Development: Invest in your team's growth, providing regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure individual and team success.

 

What you'll bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in a large agribusiness team, with a deep understanding of lending, credit risk, and agricultural markets.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of agricultural market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows, and market trends in your region.
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience driving operational excellence and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic environment. Proficiency in relevant agricultural software and CRM systems.
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to lead change and build customer-centric solutions.
  • Tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or a related field.
