Your role as a Regional Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of your region with a focus on building on the success of your retail team, and in turn, of Bendigo Bank in the area. A highly collaborative role, working in partnership with the state leadership team, Community Bank boards and other key stakeholders.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in the North East region of Victoria, covering branches as far North as Cobram down to Mansfield and Yea, and as far West as Tongala, Kyabram and Rushworth, across to Bright and Mount Beauty (and those in-between). Travel in regional Victoria is required for this role.
