The Role

As a Senior Manager in our Healthcare team, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our major client portfolio. Reporting to the National Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing growth strategies to acquire new, high-value clients within the Greater Sydney healthcare sector.
• Deepening relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to provide tailored financial solutions and services.
• Managing a complex portfolio of healthcare clients, ensuring sustained revenue growth and profitability.
• Leading complex deal structuring and credit submissions, demonstrating your advanced credit and financial analysis skills.
• Contributing to policy initiatives and staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
• Representing the bank at industry events and building a strong network of external partners.

About You

You are a seasoned banking and finance professional with a proven track record of success in a senior relationship management role. To excel in this position, you will have:

• Significant experience in commercial or business banking, managing a portfolio of large and complex clients.
• Strong credit and financial analysis skills, with the ability to structure complex deals and manage risk effectively.
• A deep understanding of the healthcare sector, including aged care and retirement living (highly desirable).
• Exceptional business development and networking skills, with a passion for building lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A tertiary qualification in Business or Finance. A postgraduate qualification would be an advantage.
