As a Senior Lending Analyst, you will be part of a national credit team who work collaboratively with our customer facing Agribusiness Relationship Managers and Associates.
Internally, your core focus will be the accurate completion of credit assessments including the preparation of complex credit memorandums and related analysis and covering all credit events. Externally, you will demonstrate a clear customer centric approach to ensure we meet our SLAs and help our customers thrive in their personal and professional lives by fulfilling their financial goals.
You will have the opportunity to expand your internal networks across various teams including credit and sales, attending development sessions including deal workshops and MCDC meetings. Most importantly with significant support from our leaders, coach’s and SMEs, you will develop and refine your own credit writing and analytical skills to help advance your banking career.
