We’ve never been ‘just a bank’. Just like you should never be ‘just an employee’. We’re united in our belief that in banking, better can be bigger, and together we’re making it happen.

It starts here. With Bendigo Bank… and you.

Leading a small team, this hands-on Senior Manager Financial Operations role is critical to the success of our finance function. You will enable the provision of timely and accurate accounting services across the Group, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and robust controls are in place to preserve the value of the bank. You will own the month-end process, produce subsidiary financial statements, and play a key part in organisational change initiatives.

The role also oversees the daily pricing and operations of the Sandhurst managed investment funds and is a key contact point for external auditors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a leader who is passionate about building team capability and driving process improvement within a dynamic and complex commercial environment.
