This pivotal role sits within our People Strategy & Capability team, a key function within the broader People and Culture division. You'll be joining a team dedicated to shaping the future of our organisation by enabling our leaders and people to thrive through change.
Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, you will lead a highly capable team of Organisational Design Specialists. This is a super exciting time to join us! We are navigating complex changes, redesigning our operating models on a large scale, investing in new technology, and transforming our ways of working. As a strategic people leader, you will have genuine engagement at the Executive level, providing advice, support, and orchestrating large-scale change while ensuring robust governance of our organisation design processes.
As Senior Manager Organisational Design (with the humble internal title of Lead OD Specialist), you will be focused on:
To be successful in this role, you’ll be a seasoned Organisational Design leader with a proven track record of leading teams and navigating complex transformations within large-scale organisations. Your deep subject matter expertise will be complemented by your ability to engage, influence, and coach at the most senior levels of an organisation. You are a strategic thinker, adept at translating business strategy into tangible operating model and design solutions. Furthermore, you are a natural leader, passionate about fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. Your resilience, coupled with your exceptional communication skills, will be key to your success in this dynamic and rewarding role.
You'll be leading a team of direct reports who are passionate and seasoned SMEs in the Org Design space. You will also be joining a knowledgeable and engaged team of senior P&C business partners who work closely alongside the OD team to deliver cohesive and smart people solutions and strategies, preparing Bendigo Bank for the future.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity that can be based in Melbourne, Adelaide, or Bendigo.
