What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Relationship Associate, you will be a key player in our team, responsible for:

• Building Strong Customer Relationships: Engage directly with our agribusiness customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Supporting Our Agribusiness Managers: Work collaboratively to manage complex loan applications, conduct financial analysis, and provide tailored solutions from our full suite of products.
• Driving Business Growth: Play an active role in deepening customer relationships, onboarding new clients, and contributing to the team's performance goals.
• Developing Your Expertise: Take charge of your career development by enhancing your credit assessment, lending, and relationship management skills with the support of your leaders.

What You'll Bring

You are an ambitious and proactive professional with a solid background in agribusiness, agriculture, or finance. You will have:

• Several years of experience in agribusiness or a related finance discipline.
• A strong commercial mindset with proven skills in financial analysis.
• A deep understanding of the end-to-end lending process, including complex loan structuring and credit requirements.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• A tertiary qualification in Agribusiness, Finance, or a related field.
• A genuine passion for supporting the agricultural sector and helping our customers succeed.
